Our priority at Top Gun Range is to provide every customer with an outstanding experience from beginning to end.  We offer returns and exchanges of products when possible with several exceptions.  Any Products or Services not listed below are solely at the discretion of Top Gun Range Management.

Non-Refundable Items

• Firearms or Ammunition
• Open or Damaged Packaging on Accessories
• Completed Instruction/Training
• Completed Firearm Rentals
• Membership Payments
• Layaway Initial Payments
• Range Fees for Customers Violating Safety Protocols
• Gift Cards
• Worn Clothing

All Returns/Exchanges must either have the receipt or a matching customer profile, and will be returned back to the original form of payment.  Customers with any damaged or defective items must contact the manufacturer to coordinate any and all warranty claims or repairs.
